I've just begun reading "Journeys in the Wild- The Secret Life of a Cameraman" by Gavin Thurston. I'm so excited to read this.

I'll use this post to add my thoughts as I read it.

This is a fascinating account of the trials and tribulations, and wonderful encounters with wildlife. Gavin is a natural writer, and his passion for wildlife and conservation shines throughout. It's interesting to read how he got into the field, from working his way up through a filming company in Oxford.
